Aaron Basko is an experienced enrollment management leader and growth strategist with more than 25 years of experience helping colleges and universities achieve measurable results. He brings a strong combination of executive leadership and hands-on operational expertise, partnering with institutions to turn strategy into action.
Aaron has held senior leadership roles at institutions including the University of Lynchburg, Sweet Briar College, Salisbury University, Franklin & Marshall College, and Rivier College. His work has consistently driven outcomes. At the University of Lynchburg, he increased the freshman class by more than 22% and generated $1.8 million in additional revenue within nine months, while expanding international enrollment significantly. At Sweet Briar College, he led a 37% increase in applications, a 40% increase in new enrollment, and more than 60% growth in net revenue.
In addition to his institutional leadership, Aaron has consulted with nearly 20 colleges, universities, and education organizations on admissions strategy, staffing, student success, and communication design. His insights have been featured in Forbes, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, and Times Higher Education. A Fulbright Scholar and bilingual Spanish speaker, he is also the author of five books focused on college access and career pathways.
